How to Download TikTok Videos on Android and iOS

You must first launch the TikTok app to download a video. Sign up if you haven’t already. If you are not signed in, you won’t be able to download anything.
To pause a video, navigate to it and tap it. On the right-hand side of the video, you will see several quick action buttons, including Likes, Comments, and Shares. Click on Share to get to your feature. Click on Save Video to save the video.
An automatic download of the video will occur, and a carousel of social sharing links will appear for forwarding the file. Since the video was saved to your phone’s gallery, you do not have to share it right away. It is easy to access the video from your camera roll simply by going back and deleting the social icons.
The TikTok app automatically sends videos instead of links when you share a video from the app. When you only want to share it on a social or messaging app, you don’t have to manually click Save as Video.
How to Download a TikTok Video as a GIF
TikTok videos can also be downloaded as GIFs. On the same row as Save Video, you will find the Share as GIF option to the far right. You can also trim the clip with TikTok when you tap it. To save the GIF, tap Generate.
TikTok users have the option of making their videos private. In such cases, viewers will not be able to save videos. You can record the screen of your phone as it plays as a workaround.
